Randy T Tolbert

Randy T. Tolbert,  59 years old, of Millerstown, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2026 at the home of his sister. He was born October 16, 1966 to Frank and Nina "Eckenberger" Tolbert. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time in the outdoors.   He was employed by Specialty Coatings for many years and his coworkers were his second family. 

Randy is survived by his parents Nina and Frank Tolbert of Millerstown, sister Joanne Decker of Shermans Dale, brother Frank Tolbert of Millerstown, companion Denise Althouse, step children Bryan and Anthony Autwell of North Carolina and grandchildren Anthony and Cameron Autwell. 

Services will be held  Thursday, March 5 , 2026 at the David Myers Funeral Home, Newport with a viewing from 10 AM until the funeral service at 11 AM with Pastor Jeff Rider officiating. Burial will follow in Eshcol Cemetery, Millerstown.
